From a child's point of view

Last night Hannah and I were sitting down just chatting about stuff. I asked her some questions about the baby and her answers were so darn funny!

Me: "Hannah, what should we do if the baby is crying?"
Hannah: "Kiss it. Hug it. Give it a band aid."

Me: "What do you think the baby will eat?"
Hannah: "Chicken nuggets!"

Me: "What kind of things should we do with the baby to have fun?"
Hannah: "Watch cartoons."
**Hannah thinks cartoons are just the coolest thing, so I guess she wants to share that with her baby sister/brother. She would eat, sleep, and breathe cartoons if we let her! And to think that she wouldn't watch the TV for more than 5 minutes prior to her second birthday!

As I'm sure most of you know, Hannah is a thumbsucker. She only sucks her right thumb, so she sweetly offered to let the baby have the left one to suck on! I'm just praying I don't end up with two thumbsuckers. Although, maybe that is what has made Hannah such a great sleeper...she rarely ever wakes up at night and if she does, I'm sure she just pops that thumb in her mouth and is as happy as can be.

So cute. LAst night we were reading Emory at book and one page was about the little ducks playing with their brothers and sisters. Emory looked at me and said, "Mommy, I don't have brothers or sisters":(( I guess Brad and I need to get busy!! I'm so excited for ya'll. Hannah will be a great big sister.
