Kids say the darndest things!

Just a quick little story to share. Hannah and I were in the car on the way to the grocery store and I was asking her what various animals "say". Then I asked her "What does Mommy say?" She responded with "No, no". Not exactly what I was hoping she would say!

That's so funny! I'm sure you hoping for Mommy says, "I love you!" or something sweet like that. It's so true though. I had a kid in class, 1st grade, tell me last week, "Mrs. Daniel, you've got a big nose." I just smiled and said, "Thank you." And you know what he said? "You're welcome!" I just laughed. They're clueless at that age still what's socially acceptable. If you ever want to know how others view you, ask a child! Anyways, cute story! Thanks for sharing!
